When you think about pure muscle then you must certainly think about muscle hunks such as Ted Durban. Ted is a young man who wants to make a difference in the bodybuilding scene, which is why he spends so much time on Livemuscleshow. Ted adores the muscle worship so much that he can no longer stay away from the live shows! He simply has to have his muscle fans around him all the time. Ted is obviously a keen bodybuilder which goes without saying, but not many people know that he is also a very talented swimmer and a great runner. Had it not been for his choices in bodybuilding, Ted would probably have competed in one of these other sports and we dare say that he would have excelled in them also. The bodybuilding, however, is his absolute life, and you don't get quadriceps like that by doing a bit of running or swimming. This sort of a body takes commitment and years to achieve. Any rewards coming Ted's way have certainly been earned!!
